Our 5 Stage Cleaning Process

Stage 1
We pre-spray the fascia, guttering or cladding with a powerful, eco-friendly solution to break down the algae and dirt.
Stage 2
We agitate our proprietary cleaning solution using soft, nylon brushes to ensure complete removal of all algae and dirt.
Stage 3
We thoroughly wash the fascia, guttering or cladding with our pure water system. This safely and effectively removes 90% of the stubborn dirt on the affected areas.
Stage 4
At this point in the process, the fascia and guttering will be clean but in some instances you may be left with discolouration marks, where the dirt has stained the surface of the plastic and can’t be removed with normal cleaning. We fix this by using a specialist UPVC cleaner to remove these stubborn discolouration marks.**
Stage 5
We rinse all fascia, guttering and cladding with de-ionised water to remove any residues. This leaves a sparkling, spotless finish and because there is no chemical residue left on the area (which attract dirt particles) your gutters, fascia and cladding will stay cleaner for longer.
