We need an image for each elevation of the property. It is important we can see:
- Front Elevation
- Rear Elevation
- Side Elevations
- Outbuilding windows
The following example is a textbook example for quoting purposes and should be followed as closely as possible.

Side Elevations
There is no need to include an image of any elevation that does not have any windows.
Outbuildings
Please do not forget to include any images displaying garage doors, odd windows on outbuildings etc, as separate pictures.
We need to be able to see all the roof panels and windows from each side of the conservatory. It is important we can see:
- Images displaying all roof panels
- Images displaying all window panes
- Images displaying all openings on Conservatory windows
The following example is a textbook example for quoting purposes and should be followed as closely as possible.
Roof Panels
In this example, one image was enough to know the conservatory had 8 roof panels because it was the same the other side.

One image of the side windows was enough because it was also the same the other side.
We need an image for each elevation of the property, that has guttering requiring a clean on it. It is important we can see:
- Clear Elevation of all guttering
- Close-up shot displaying soffit type
Example of Correct Elevation
This image has been captured using the panorama function on a smartphone. It allows us to see the entire length of the guttering which is important for a quick quote because it helps us to identify any potential access issues etc. Capture similar image for all sides of property with guttering.
Measuring Total Length of Guttering
We will need the total length of guttering in metres for each elevation.
Measure the floor distance (Fig A).
When you have measured all sides of the house with guttering, we will need the total length around the whole house in metres.
We will also need the total length of bargeboard. This is done by measuring the length of side with an apex (triangular side of house) in meters.
Gutter, Fascia, Soffit and Bargeboard

It is important for us to see a close- up of the soffit and fascia to identify what type of guttering and soffit is on your property. So always provide one close up so we can see it clearly, as detailed in the picture.
We need an image for each elevation of the property, which has windows requiring UPVC restoration work. Its important we can see:
- Front Elevation
- Rear Elevation
- Side Elevations
- Outbuilding windows
- Min 3-4 close-up images showing condition of UPVC

It is important we can see the condition of the UPVC clearly, so please ensure the images show enough detail and capture several different windows. We also need to see any obvious paint/varnish marks on any windows too please.
